Under certain circumstances, return or exchange may be made by contacting customer service. If for any reason you decide to return or exchange your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us at 1-832-356-9176 or email@example.com before returning your product. In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements as described below, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging and prepare a detailed summary of our determination to deny the return. The merchandise will then be returned to you, the customer may subject to pay for return shipping cost.
Upon receiving the merchandise, it is the customer’s responsibility to check ALL boxes for damaged. In the event that there is any damaged merchandise that is due to manufacturing or shipping, customer needs to contact DSpoons immediately within 24 hours after receiving the merchandise to let us know, if the prolong time is more than 24 hours we won’t be able to accept any claims.
NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS MAY BE SUBJECT TO A 15% OR MORE FOR RE-STOCKING FEE.
All goods must be received in their original package, and must be returned within 15 days from the date of purchased. We DO NOT accept returns on products that are used or tampered with, and the merchandise will be returned to you. If for any reason we feel that a good has been used or tampered with, a refund will not be issued. Refunds at all times and without limitation are at the discretion of DSpoons.
Please call us at 1-832-356-9176 if you have any questions about which products are returnable, which products may be subject to a restocking fee or for an explanation of circumstances under which a restocking fee may be charged.
When a product has been authorized for a return, the customer will be reimbursed for the product and taxes. DSpoons does not credit back on shipping. Special order item sales are final and cannot be returned for credit. Service parts are not returnable. Labor, installation services and any shipping charges are non-refundable.
Upon receipt of a returned product in its original condition and the following inspection, a credit will be issued (to your credit card) with the exception of all shipping charges or duties. Please allow up to 30 days for processing of returns, all refund will be issued by check. When a refund is issued we will e-mail a confirmation.
We STRONGLY recommend that you FULLY insure the package you are returning. THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION, in the event the package is lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you use a "traceable carrier" that can provide you with "proof of delivery." DSpoons shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by you, the customer, and is non-refundable. At our discretion, DSpoons may reimburse shipping charges related to the EXCHANGE of DEFECTIVE products. If you have any questions about shipping reimbursement for DEFECTIVE EXCHANGES please ask the service representative issuing your return authorization for clarification.
PRICING & TAXES
All prices are in US Dollars. DSpoons is required to collect tax on all goods shipped within Texas.
When purchasing products on DSpoons, you have various delivery options. We make every effort to ensure that products are delivered within the specified time frame, however, we are not held responsible for late deliveries.
We make every attempt to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
DSpoons is not responsible for any customs duties, brokerage fees, taxes, and/or tariffs that may be applied with to your shipment.
